# FIX3 - Visual Studio build correction

Build error list supplied on 2026-09-01 contained six real compiler errors, all in the `netstandard2.0` target:

- CS0234: `System.Net.Http` namespace not resolved
- CS0246: `HttpClient` not resolved

Changes in FIX3:

1. Added a conditional `System.Net.Http` 4.3.4 PackageReference for `netstandard2.0` only.
2. Kept the native `net48` target unchanged.
3. Suppressed CS1591 for the generated API classes. This removes thousands of harmless missing-XML-comment warnings while still generating the XML documentation file.
4. Previous FIX1/FIX2 protocol/compiler corrections remain included.

Visual Studio should restore NuGet packages automatically. If not, right-click the solution and choose **Restore NuGet Packages**, then **Rebuild Solution**.

Expected outputs:

- `src/IMSApiDotNet/bin/Release/netstandard2.0/IMSApiDotNet.dll`
- `src/IMSApiDotNet/bin/Release/net48/IMSApiDotNet.dll`
