# FIX4 - .NET Framework 4.8 build isolated
The Visual Studio errors reported against `...DUAL_NET48_FIX2\...` show that the old FIX2 tree was still being built.
FIX3 already contains the explicit `System.Net.Http` package reference for the `netstandard2.0` target.
FIX4 additionally provides a completely isolated native .NET Framework 4.8 build so the optional netstandard target can no longer block creation of the .NET 4.8 DLL.
## Recommended for .NET Framework 4.8
Open:
`IMSApiDotNet_NET48_ONLY.sln`
Then select Release / Any CPU and build the solution.
Expected output:
`src\IMSApiDotNet\bin\Release\net48\IMSApiDotNet.dll`
The project `IMSApiDotNet.Net48.csproj` explicitly references `System.Net.Http` and the .NET Framework 4.8 reference assemblies.
## Dual target remains available
The original solution is still included:
`IMSApiDotNet_10.0.0-59_HttpClient.sln`
It builds `netstandard2.0;net48`. The netstandard target needs NuGet restore for `System.Net.Http 4.3.4`.
